The programme was organised with the objective of enhancing students’ analytical capabilities and familiarising them with contemporary business intelligence tools. The event aimed to encourage creativity, self-expression, and confidence among children from underprivileged sections of society. More than 110 children participated enthusiastically, expressing their imagination through drawings in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Drawing upon his professional experience, Shri Hazari explained the limitations and vulnerabilities of conventional password-based authentication and introduced students to the evolving world of passwordless technologies. He discussed emerging approaches involving biometrics, SIM-based authentication, device intelligence, network APIs and verified digital identities, demonstrating how these innovations can make digital interactions more secure, seamless and convenient.

Code Craft Challenge 2026: 24 Hours of Coding, Creativity and Innovation: MCA Department Hosts Non-Stop Programming Challenge

The Department of Information Technology, I.T.S, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, through its Programming Club, successfully organized the Code Craft Challenge–2026, a 24-hour inter-college coding challenge, on 29–30 September 2026.

The event brought together approximately 90 students from six institutions and universities, providing them with an opportunity to apply their programming knowledge, creativity, logical thinking and problem-solving skills in a practical and competitive environment. Participants worked through intensive stages of problem analysis, solution design, and coding & implementation, demonstrating remarkable teamwork, perseverance and technical competence.

The competition was evaluated by industry experts Mr. Manoj Kumar, Associate Director of Software Development, Worldpay India Pvt. Ltd., and Mr. Ankur Jain, Founder, TechSupper.

The closing ceremony was graced by Mr. Arun Kumar, Co-Founder & CTIO, Loqal AI, Delhi, who encouraged students to combine technical knowledge with teamwork, communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. MBA 2026-28 Batch's Industrial Visit to Mother Dairy

The Department of Management at the Institute of Technology and Science (I.T.S),Ghaziabad, organized an industry visit to Mother Dairy, Patparganj, New Delhi, on 16th and 17th September 2026 for MBA-I Semester students (2026–28 batch). A total of 91 students(46 + 45) participated in the visit. The primary objective of the visit was to provide students with practical exposure to industrial operations and enhance their understanding of the dairy and FMCG sector. During
the visit, students gained insights into the complete production cycle of dairy products, starting from procurement of raw milk to its processing, packaging, and distribution. The officials at Mother Dairy explained various stages of milk processing, including pasteurization, homogenization, and packaging, along with the role of advanced machinery and automation in maintaining efficiency and quality. Students also learned about quality assurance practices, safety standards, and hygiene protocols followed at the plant.

The visit also provided an understanding of supply chain management and cold chain logistics, which are critical for maintaining product freshness and timely delivery. The role of technology in inventory management and distribution was also discussed. Students found the visit highly enriching as it connected classroom concepts with real-world applications. The interaction with industry professionals helped them gain practical insights into operational challenges and best practices in the dairy industry. From Database Developer to AI Application Developer: An Inspiring Alumni Talk on the Future of AI Application Development

The Database Club, Department of IT, I.T.S, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, organized an insightful workshop for the students of the MCA Programme on the contemporary topic, “From Database Developer to AI Application Developer: Building with GenAI, LLMs, RAG & Agentic AI”, on 10th  September 2026

The session featured Mr. Ankur Jain, an alumnus of the MCA programme (2011) and Founder of TechSupper, as the resource person. Bringing his industry experience and practical insights to the classroom, Mr. Jain helped students understand how the role of a traditional database developer is evolving with the rapid growth of Artificial Intelligence.

The session began with a simple but important idea: strong fundamentals still matter in the age of AI. Students explored how their knowledge of databases, SQL, data modelling, and information management can be extended to build intelligent and context-aware AI applications.

The workshop covered a wide range of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Agentic AI. Mr. Jain explained these concepts in an approachable way and highlighted how they are being used to develop smarter and more capable applications.

One of the key discussions focused on RAG, and how it allows AI applications to work with enterprise and domain-specific information to provide more relevant and grounded responses. Students were also introduced to AI Agents and how they can go beyond simply generating responses by reasoning, planning, using tools, and carrying out multi-step tasks.

A particularly valuable takeaway from the session was that AI does not make databases less important—in fact, it makes quality data, effective retrieval, good governance, and strong database skills even more valuable. Students could clearly see how their existing skills can become a stepping stone toward exciting new roles in the AI ecosystem.

MCA Students Explore the Future of 3D Printing & Drone Technology

The Department of MCA, Institute of Technology & Science, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, organized a three-day Boot Camp on “3D Printing & Drone Technology” for the newly admitted MCA (2026–28) batch from 1st to 3rd September 2026.

The boot camp was led by Mr. Saurabh Yadav, Robotics Expert, ShapeMySkills Pvt. Ltd., and focused on providing students with practical exposure to emerging technologies. Through expert guidance, demonstrations, interactive discussions, and hands-on activities, students explored 3D modelling, additive manufacturing, 3D printing, drone components, controls, flight operations, and safety measures.

A key highlight was the live 3D printing demonstration and drone-flying session, which enabled students to connect theoretical concepts with real-world applications. Faculty members also participated in selected practical sessions, creating an engaging and collaborative learning environment. Students demonstrated keen interest and enthusiasm throughout the programme.
