The Department of MBA successfully organized and concluded Visual Voices – The Poster Presentation Competition on November 13, 2025. The event served as a dynamic and highly anticipated platform, encouraging MBA students to translate complex management concepts into accessible, visual narratives. This initiative aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and creative application, fostering a deeper understanding of subjects ranging from strategic management and human resource practices to finance and marketing innovations.
The competition was a true test of multidisciplinary skills, requiring students to demonstrate proficiency in design thinking, creativity, and, crucially, teamwork. Participants were challenged to create handmade posters, a format that pushed them beyond digital reliance to focus on core principles of design, composition, and concise communication. This requirement underscored the event's commitment to showcasing innovation and clarity through personal effort and execution. The resulting submissions were a vibrant display of ingenuity, covering contemporary themes like sustainable business models, digital transformation, ethical leadership, and market disruption. The quality of the presentations was exceptionally high, offering fresh perspectives and original interpretations across various management domains.
Judges assessed entries based on originality of the concept, visual appeal, clarity of the management message, and the overall quality of the presentation. The innovative spirit and energy displayed by all participants made the evaluation process challenging yet inspiring. The competition successfully fulfilled its goal of cultivating an engaging learning environment that goes beyond traditional classroom instruction.

Department of IT Organized an Excursion Trip to Chokhi Dhani, Sonipat for MCA First Semester Students (Batch 2025–27)

The MCA First Semester students of the 2025–27 batch enjoyed a vibrant and enriching excursion to Chokhi Dhani, Sonipat, Haryana on 18th November 2025.
The trip offered students a refreshing break from academics while immersing them in the rich cultural heritage and traditional Rajasthani ambiance of Chokhi Dhani. Students experienced folk performances, camel and bullock cart rides, traditional games, and authentic Rajasthani cuisine, making the day both enjoyable and memorable. The outing helped students bond, rejuvenate, and build stronger peer connections, contributing to their overall holistic development. The excursion proved to be a perfect blend of fun, cultural learning, and relaxation for the entire group.
Industrial Visit to Om Logistics Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd

The Department of MBA, Institute of Technology & Science, Ghaziabad organized an Industrial Visit to Om Logistics Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd. on November 15, 2025
for MBA second-year students specializing in Operations (Batch 2024–26). The visit was meticulously planned and coordinated by Ms. Samiksha Budakoti, who oversaw all logistical arrangements, communication with the host organization, and overall execution of the visit. She was supported by Dr. Sanjeev Tandon and Ms. Babita Kapila, who accompanied the students during the visit to assist in supervision, ensure discipline, and facilitate interaction between students and company representatives. The objective of the visit was to provide students with practical exposure to real-time logistics operations, warehouse management practices, and modern supply chain systems.
The visit commenced with an insightful training session conducted by senior officials of Om Logistics, who provided an overview of the logistics sector, the company’s integrated supply chain solutions, fleet and route management strategies, warehouse automation practices, and technology-driven tracking and documentation systems. This was followed by an extensive warehouse tour, where students observed inbound and outbound processes, material handling equipment, safety procedures, loading–unloading operations, and inventory management techniques such as FIFO, batch tracking, and barcode scanning. Refreshments were also arranged for the students and faculty members, offering an opportunity for informal interaction and deeper learning.
Towards the end of the visit, all participating students received Certificates of Participation, acknowledging their enthusiasm and engagement throughout the session. Additionally, two students (Suraj Sharma and Shashwat Singh) were presented with special mementos for their active involvement and their thoughtful contributions during discussions. Overall, the industrial visit proved to be a highly enriching experiential learning opportunity, enhancing students’ understanding of operational workflows, supply chain dynamics, and industry best practices, while also strengthening the connection between academic concepts and real-world applications.

The Department of IT organized an online international guest talk on 10th November 2025
for MCA and BCA students through the Zoom platform, featuring Dr. Robert Green, Fellow and former Vice President of the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences, School of Natural Sciences, University of Kent, USA. The session titled “The Hierarchy of Propositions Illustrated in a Case Study” aimed to provide insights into how forensic science uncovers factual information in criminal investigations through scientific analysis of physical evidence. Dr. Green discussed the crucial role of forensic professionals in ensuring justice by examining DNA, fingerprints, trace materials, digital data, and environmental factors with accuracy and impartiality. He illustrated real criminal cases from 1997, emphasizing how scientific methods help determine what happened, when, and how, while preventing assumptions from influencing investigations. The session was highly interactive, encouraging student participation, and enhanced their understanding of the forensic domain and its significance in supporting the criminal justice system.

Dr. Uma Gulati Professor at I.T.S Mohan Nagar, MBA Department, was invited as a Resource Person by Kiddies Foundation School, Ganesh Nagar, Delhi, on November 08, 2025, to conduct an engaging workshop on the topic “Addiction of Mobile Phones Among Children.” The session was specially organised for parents to create awareness about the growing issue of mobile dependency among children.
During the workshop, Dr Gulati highlighted the psychological and behavioural impact of excessive mobile use, shared practical parenting tips to manage screen time, and discussed creative alternatives to engage children in productive activities. The session was highly interactive and received an enthusiastic response from the parents, who appreciated the valuable insights and humour with which the topic was addressed.

The CXO Summit 2025 began with a grand Inaugural Session featuring distinguished leaders including Prof. Vinita S. Their insights highlighted how NextGen Leadership must harmonize disruption, innovation, empathy, and sustainability to navigate the evolving business and technology landscape. The event featured Panel Discussion–1 titled “From Hype to Impact: Understanding Emerging Technologies – Explore the Tech Shaping Tomorrow’s Enterprise,” bringing together visionary industry leaders who shared deep insights into how emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Quantum Computing, and Cloud Ecosystems are reshaping global business landscapes. The session was moderated by Shri Upkar Singh, Corporate Head–IT, Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd., and enriched by esteemed panelists including Shri V. Ranganathan Iyer, Shri Badar Afaq, Shri Arindam Singha Roy, Shri Sunil Gaur, and Shri Raajesh Kumar, who shared real-world transformations, leadership perspectives, and technology-driven strategies. The interactive discussion offered students and faculty valuable understanding of digital transformation, ethical AI, enterprise innovation, and the leadership mindsets needed for the future. The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation, and the winners were Lucky Saxena and Shruti Aggarwal, securing First Prize (₹1000); Paridhi Varshney and Sarabhi Singh Chauhan, winning Second Prize (₹750); and Deepanshu Tyagi and Abhishek Sharma, receiving Third Prize (₹500). The event was judged by distinguished alumni—Mr. Prashant Jha (MCA 2014–17), Associate Consultant, Yum Brand and Mr. Vasu Sharma (MCA 2019–22), Software Engineer, CBSE Department of Education—whose valuable insights added merit to the evaluation process.

The Department of MBA, Institute of Technology and Science, Ghaziabad, organized an interactive event “The HRverse” under METANOIA – The HR Club for MBA I Year students (Batch 2025–27) on October 17, 2025.
The event aimed to enhance students’ communication, teamwork, and leadership skills through experiential learning. It comprised three engaging activities — Telephone Breakdown, HR Treasure Hunt, and HR Buzz. A total of 30 students participated enthusiastically. Ankur Kumar Singh secured the first position, followed by Diya Tyagi and Aayushi Tyagi in second and third place respectively. cyber fraud awareness and safe social media practices. Through real-life examples, videos, and discussions, students actively participated and shared their thoughts on responsible online behaviour. The curiosity and engagement of the students truly made the session a success. We concluded with a lively Q&A round, where students asked insightful questions about ethical hacking, digital footprints, and future career opportunities in cybersecurity. The event aimed to spread joy and empower the children by engaging them in decorative diya-making, allowing them to showcase their creativity and earn through the sale of their creations. Faculty members and students enthusiastically participated, sharing moments of happiness, compassion, and festive spirit. The distinguished resource person for the session was Shri Atul Tripathi, an eminent professional with over two decades of extensive experience spanning industry, research, and policy domains in Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, and Data Engineering. Shri Tripathi has held prestigious positions, including AI Consultant at the Prime Minister’s Office (National Security Council Secretariat), Principal Data Scientist at Tech Mahindra, Advisor at the Data Science Centre – IISER Mohali, and Honorary Adjunct Fellow at the National Maritime Foundation (Indian Navy). He has also been associated with leading institutions such as IIT Kanpur, ISI Kolkata, and Wipro Technologies.
The event began with Saraswati Vandana and the lamp-lighting ceremony, followed by a Welcome Address by Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey, Director, I.T.S., who extended a warm welcome to the guest speaker and emphasized the importance of developing future-ready competencies. The session was also graced by Dr. Uma Gulati, Chairperson – MBA Programme, and Dr. Mansi Singh, Session Coordinator. The guest was felicitated with a bouquet, shawl, and gifts as a token of respect and appreciation.
In his insightful and engaging address, Shri Atul Tripathi discussed the technological trends transforming the global business landscape—particularly Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, Blockchain, Data Science, and Cyber Security. He highlighted the critical need for professionals to align their skills with future industry requirements and shared valuable insights into emerging career opportunities leading up to 2030. The session was highly interactive, with students actively participating in discussions enriched by real-world applications and strategic career guidance.
The session concluded with a plaque given by Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey as a token of gratitude and appreciation for Shri Atul Tripathi’s valuable time and contribution.
The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 84 MBA students, 90 MCA students, and around 15 faculty members from both departments.
