Students of I.T.S Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad actively participated in the Brain Quest Competition organized by Amity University on 28th February 2026.
The team consisting of Dhruv Kumar, Dhruv Sinha, and Piyush Kumar (MBA 1st Year) represented the institute among 16 participating teams. The competition included two challenging rounds — a pen-and-paper round followed by an exciting buzzer round. The event provided students with an excellent opportunity to showcase their knowledge, quick thinking, and teamwork while interacting with peers from various institutions.

Two teams represented the institute—Tanu and Navdeep presented their idea “Sakhi Threads”, while Shreya, Kaushal, and Priya presented “Glow Yatra”. The students showcased innovation, teamwork, and entrepreneurial skills and were awarded participation certificates.

The Institute of Technology & Science, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad organized a special session under the I.T.S Samvaad Lecture Series on 14 March 2026 at Chanakya Auditorium on the theme “Yuva Viksit Bharat Manifesto.” The distinguished speaker for the event was Sh. Tuhin A. Sinha, National Spokesperson, BJP, and Author, who shared valuable insights on the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 and the role of youth in nation-building.
The program began with a lamp-lighting ceremony in the presence of Sh. Arpit Chadha (Vice Chairman, ITS – The Education Group), Sh. Tuhin A. Sinha, Dr. Sunil Kr. Pandey (Director, ITS Mohan Nagar), Dr. Ajay Kumar (Director, I.T.S – The School of Management), and Dr. Nancy Sharma (Principal, ITS-UG Campus). In his address, Sh. Arpit Chadha highlighted that India’s large youth population is its greatest strength and encouraged students to focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, and research for national progress.
In his keynote address, Sh. Tuhin A. Sinha explained that the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 is not limited to economic growth, but also includes social inclusion, technological advancement, innovation, and global leadership. Dr. Sunil Kr. Pandey emphasized that youth power, combined with knowledge, ethics, and technological competence, will play a defining role in shaping a developed India. The session saw enthusiastic participation from faculty and more than 1000 students of MCA and MBA, making it highly interactive and intellectually enriching.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks, appreciation by Sh. Surinder Sood (Director, PR, ITS – The Education Group), and the National Anthem. The session was successfully coordinated by Dr. Puja Dhar and Prof. Smita Kansal, and it effectively inspired students to contribute towards building a strong, prosperous, and self-reliant India by 2047.

The summit, held from March 12–14, 2026, brought together global leaders, industry experts, policymakers, academicians, and innovators to deliberate on the evolving future of the packaging industry.
The summit, themed “Packaging 5S-AI – Safe, Secure, Standardized, Smart, Sustainable and Artificial Intelligence,” brought together global experts and industry leaders to deliberate on innovations in smart packaging, sustainability, automation, and AI-driven technologies shaping the future of the packaging industry.
It was a valuable and enriching experience to gain insights from industry leaders and participate in discussions on emerging trends and global best practices in the packaging sector.
Department of Management (MBA) conducted the National Financial Literacy Quiz (NFLQ) 2026

The Department of Management (MBA), Institute of Technology and Science (I.T.S), Ghaziabad successfully conducted the National Financial Literacy Quiz (NFLQ) 2026 – College Round on March 12, 2026.
A total of 60 students registered and actively participated, successfully completing the quiz and earning their participation certificates. The event at our institute was coordinated and organized by Dr. Vinay K Srivastava.
NFLQ 2026 is a flagship initiative of the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) in association with SEBI, aimed at promoting financial literacy and awareness among students across India.
Through this initiative, students gained the opportunity to test and enhance their knowledge in Personal Finance, Banking, Investments, Securities Markets, and Economic Awareness.

Dr. Sanjeev Tandon, Professor (Marketing & Retail Management) & Chairperson (MBA), Department of Management (MBA Programme) at Institute of Technology & Science,
was invited as the Resource Person by Amity Finishing School, Amity University, to deliver a Master Class on “Millennials & Gen-Z: Driving Luxury Demand in India and Across the Globe.” The session was held on March 12, 2026 (2.00 pm – 4.00 pm) at the Amity University campus, Sector-125, Noida, on the invitation of Dr. Eeshani Saraswat, Director, Amity Finishing School.
The Master Class was attended by students of the PG Diploma in Luxury Brand Management (PGDLBM) and faculty members. The session highlighted the growing influence of Millennials and Gen-Z in shaping global luxury consumption trends and discussed themes such as luxury consumer behaviour, digital luxury marketing, experiential retail, and aspirational consumption. The interactive discussion provided valuable insights into emerging luxury market trends and the evolving strategies adopted by global luxury brands to engage younger consumers.
Industry Visit to Mother Dairy, Patparganj, New Delhi

The Department of Management at the Institute of Technology and Science (I.T.S), Ghaziabad, organized an industry visit to Mother Dairy, Patparganj, New Delhi, on 10th and 11th March 2026 for MBA-II Semester students (2025–27 batch). A total of 69 students (41 + 28) participated in the visit.
The primary objective of the visit was to provide students with practical exposure to industrial operations and enhance their understanding of the dairy and FMCG sector. During the visit, students gained insights into the complete production cycle of dairy products, starting from procurement of raw milk to its processing, packaging, and distribution.
The officials at Mother Dairy explained various stages of milk processing, including pasteurization, homogenization, and packaging, along with the role of advanced machinery and automation in maintaining efficiency and quality. Students also learned about quality assurance practices, safety standards, and hygiene protocols followed at the plant.
The visit also provided an understanding of supply chain management and cold chain logistics, which are critical for maintaining product freshness and timely delivery. The role of technology in inventory management and distribution was also discussed.
Students found the visit highly enriching as it connected classroom concepts with real-world applications. The interaction with industry professionals helped them gain practical insights into operational challenges and best practices in the dairy industry.
Overall, the industry visit was a valuable learning experience that enhanced students’ knowledge of production, operations, and supply chain management in the FMCG sector.
Design Thinking workshop conducted for MBA 2025-27 batch by Dr. Nidhi Sinha , Leadership Consultant and Certified Design Thinking Practitioner

The Department of Management (MBA Programme) at I.T.S Mohan Nagar organised a workshop on “Design Thinking, Critical Thinking and Innovation Design” on February 18, 2026 for the MBA Batch 2025–27 students. The session was conducted by Dr. Nidhi Sinha, a Leadership Consultant and Certified Design Thinking Practitioner, who brought valuable industry insights and practical perspectives to the classroom.
The objective of the workshop was to develop creative confidence among students and to introduce them to structured approaches for innovation and user-centric problem solving. During the session, Dr. Sinha explained the concepts of design thinking, empathy-driven innovation, and the importance of understanding customer pain points before developing solutions. She emphasised that innovation can occur at multiple levels of a product and encouraged students to think strategically rather than superficially.
As part of a hands-on activity, students were asked to select an existing product and redesign it by making meaningful changes at the core, actual, or augmented level. The activity promoted critical thinking, teamwork, and presentation skills as each group presented their innovative ideas and explained the value addition created for customers. The workshop was highly interactive and engaging, enabling students to connect theoretical concepts with practical application. Overall, the session proved to be insightful and enriching, strengthening the innovative and analytical capabilities of the MBA Batch 2025–27 students.

I.T.S , Mohan nagar participated in the Case and Research Conference 2026 organized by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Nagpur on 7–8 February 2026,
held in hybrid mode, wherein Prof. Astha Shukla and Dr. Uma Gulati, faculty members of the Institute of Technology and Science, presented their originally developed case study online.. The conference aimed to promote case-based research and provided a valuable platform for interaction with academicians and researchers from across institutions, thereby strengthening research orientation and academic collaboration.
Promoting Fitness and Joyful Learning: Utthan Club’s CSR Sports Initiative for School Children

Utthan Club, under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of I.T.S Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, successfully organised a Sports Competition for 70 students of a nearby Government School with the objective of promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and joyful learning among school children.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students who actively took part in various fun-filled and engaging sports activities such as Race, Sack Race, Lemon Race, and Musical Chair. These activities were designed to encourage healthy competition, coordination, and confidence among the children while ensuring an enjoyable experience for all participants.
The programme was graced by the esteemed presence of Director Dr. Ajay Kumar and Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey, whose encouragement and support greatly motivated the participants and organisers alike.
The entire event was successfully coordinated by Prof. Shilpi Rana, with the dedicated support of enthusiastic student volunteers of Utthan Club. The volunteers played a vital role in managing the activities, guiding participants, and ensuring smooth conduct of the competitions.
The event concluded with the prize distribution to all winners and certificates were given to all the participants.
The sports competition proved to be a meaningful and impactful initiative, reinforcing I.T.S Mohan Nagar’s commitment to holistic development and social welfare through its CSR activities.
