I.T.S Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad organised a one-day specialized training program on "Team Building, Communication & Leadership" for more than 30 officers of the Uttar Pradesh Police on 28th June, 2025. This comprehensive training initiative represented a significant step toward enhancing the professional capabilities of law enforcement personnel in the region.




The inaugural ceremony was conducted in traditional manner with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by distinguished dignitaries including Shri AlokPriyadarshi (IPS), Additional Commissioner of Police, Ghaziabad; Shri NimishPatil (IPS), DCP Trans Hindon, Ghaziabad; Shri Arpit Chadha, Vice Chairman of I.T.S-The Education Group; Shri SurinderSood, Director PR of I.T.S-The Education Group; Dr. V.N. Bajpai, Director of the Institute and Dr Sunil Paney, Director IT & UG.
Dr. V.N. Bajpai, Director of the institute, extended a warm welcome to the dignitaries and participating officers. In his welcome speech, he provided an overview of the training program's framework and highlighted the significance of organizing such events for professional development. His remarks set the tone for a day focused on practical skill enhancement and collaborative learning.
Shri Arpit Chadha, Vice Chairman of I.T.S-The Education Group, expressed his pleasure at organizing the conference and stated that the I.T.S institution group is always ready to contribute directly or indirectly to national service.
