The session was jointly facilitated by Dr. V. N. Bajpai and   Dr. Ashish Kumar Jha from I.T.S Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad who provided detailed insights into the evolving structure of NAAC accreditation, its assessment methodology, and the qualitative and quantitative metrics used in evaluating higher education institutions.

The FDP aimed to enhance faculty understanding of NAAC's seven criteria, including Curricular Aspects, Teaching-Learning and Evaluation, Research and Innovation, Infrastructure, Student Support, Governance, and Institutional Values, with a strong emphasis on documentation, data validation, and continuous quality improvement. Faculty members actively participated in discussions and sought clarification on critical aspects such as SSR (Self Study Report) preparation, DVV (Data Validation & Verification) process, and best practices for academic audits and benchmarking.

This FDP was highly impactful in aligning the department’s academic and administrative practices with NAAC expectations and creating a shared vision for achieving excellence in institutional performance. The session was well-received, interactive, and marked an important step forward in the BPT department's preparedness for NAAC accreditation.
