14-07-19

‘Parivartan’ – The Slum Education Programme of Department of Management at I.T.S Ghaziabad organized activity , with the game planned for the day.

In the first phase, a session of dumb charades was organised.  Unlike most such sessions which are merely played for fun, here, in characteristic Parivartan style, the kids were made to act out ideas which had been taught during the classes in general. This process was used to identify ten winners. Those answering correctly received toffees, while those who acted out the charades were given biscuits.

In the second phase these ten winners were then made to face questions regarding all that had been taught during the past month. While those who answered rightly were given toffees, they also received points. Ultimately the three top scorers were presented Table Tennis Sets.

Subsequently, things came to an end with the distribution of ‘Parle Good Day’ biscuits and ‘Parle Orange Bite’ toffees. Dr. Indraneel Mandal accompanied and motivated the student volunteers.
