Review Process of the Article
Synergy : I.T.S journal of I.T. and Management – is committed to publishing high-quality, original research that contributes meaningfully to the fields of Management and Information Technology. The journal follows a rigorous peer-review process designed to ensure that all published articles meet the highest standards of academic integrity, relevance, and scholarly impact.
The following steps outline the systematic review process followed by Synergy Journal:
1 .Submission
Authors are required to submit their manuscripts by sending it to synergy@its.edu.in.
2. Initial Editorial Screening
Upon receipt, each manuscript undergoes an initial screening by the Editor-in-Chief or designated editorial team members. The manuscript is reviewed for its alignment with the journal’s scope, originality, and academic quality. Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria or fall outside the journal’s focus areas may be rejected at this stage. Authors are informed promptly if their manuscript is not considered for further review.
3. Peer Review Process
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are forwarded to subject-matter experts for peer review. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers, who assess the submission based on its originality, scientific rigor, clarity, contribution to theory and practice, and relevance to the field of Management and IT. Reviewers provide detailed feedback and recommendations to guide the editorial decision-making process.
4. Author Revisions
Based on the reviewers’ feedback, authors may be required to revise and resubmit their manuscript. The editorial team communicates clear and specific revision guidelines, and authors are expected to address all concerns systematically. The editorial team may also provide additional support to ensure the manuscript aligns with Synergy Journal’s publication standards.
5. Final Editorial Decision
The revised manuscript undergoes a final review by the Editor-in-Chief. The final decision to accept, request further revisions, or reject the manuscript rests solely with the Editor-in-Chief. Manuscripts found to contain ethical concerns such as plagiarism, falsification, or fabrication will be rejected outright.
6. Production Process
Accepted articles are formatted and prepared for publication in accordance with Synergy Journal’s design and typography standards. This includes careful arrangement of tables, figures, and references. Authors receive a copyright form for final approval before publication
7. Final Print Publication
The journal’s print edition is prepared and published. Authors receive a complimentary printed copy of the journal as acknowledgment of their contribution. The print edition ensures the research is disseminated to a wider academic and professional audience.
This rigorous peer-review and editorial process reflects Synergy Journal’s commitment to academic excellence, fostering a culture of quality research and knowledge dissemination in the domains of Management and Information Technology.
