Department of Management , Institute of Technology and Science (I.T.S.), Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad,  have organized an insightful workshop on "Transactional Analysis for Business Leaders: Enhancing Communication, Interpersonal Relationships, Conflict Resolution, and Leadership Skills" for the MBA Batch 2024–26 on November 22, 2024. The session aimed to provide participants with practical tools to refine their communication skills, improve interpersonal relationships, resolve conflicts effectively, and strengthen their leadership capabilities. Dr. Monga, with her vast experience and dynamic presentation style, captivated the audience through an engaging and interactive approach.

The workshop began with a warm welcome by Dr. V.N. Bajpai, Director of I.T.S, who presented a plant sapling to Dr. Monga as a gesture of gratitude and respect. This was followed by an interactive session where Dr. Monga introduced the concept of Transactional Analysis (TA) and its significance in understanding human behavior and communication patterns. She highlighted how TA can be effectively applied in business settings to foster better leadership and teamwork.

Through a mix of theoretical insights, real-world examples, and engaging activities, Dr. Monga demonstrated the practical application of TA in addressing workplace challenges. The session covered key topics such as ego states, transactional patterns, and conflict resolution strategies, offering students actionable takeaways for their professional growth.
