CSI Student Branch at I.T.S Ghaziabad organized an Annual inter-institutional technical Fest “Technovation-2017 on 01st April, 2017.
The event received registration from around 30 institutes in various activities and witnessed huge participation from institutes of NCR and far off places like Meerut, Moradabad etc with about 300 participants. The event comprised of total 9 activities. Technovation-2017 was full of fun, great display of talent, commitment and above all a healthy spirit of participation in all 9 activities.
Technovation-2017 was inaugurated by lamp lightening by Honorable Vice Chairman, I.T.S The Education Group, Shri. Arpit Chadha, Chief Guest, Prof. (Dr.) S. K. Kak, Formal Vice Chancellor MTU University, Noida ad CCS University, Meerut,Dr. A. K. Puri, Director General, I.T.S, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, Dr. Sunil Kr. Pandey, Director-IT, , I.T.S, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, Prof. Smita Kansal, Counselor of CSI Student Branch @ I.T.S & Coordinator of Technovation-2017, other Coordinators of Technovation-2017, Prof. Saurabh Saxena & Prof. Chandra Mani Sharma.
While addressing the gathering Director General, , I.T.S, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, Dr. A. K. Puri appreciated the efforts of Department of IT and expressed his happiness for the huge participation in event. He wished best luck to all the participants and welcomed them at I.T.S. Prof. Smita Kansal presented a brief about the CSI Student Branch @I.T.S and about the event. Prof. Puja Dhar, Chairperson-MCA Programme brief about the MCA Course.
Chief Guest of the event, Former Vice Chancellor, MTU, Noida CCS University Meerut, Dr. S. K. Kak blessed and motivate the participants with his words of wisdom. He emphasized that one should chase one’s passion with commitment and hard work. Key Note Speaker, Well known name of CSI and in IT Field, Prof. MN Hoda address the participants and share his experience. His thought provoking address engrossed the audience.
