The SIP Competition “Anubhav 2025” serves as an academic platform for students to showcase the practical learning acquired during their Summer Internship Programme. The competition emphasizes research excellence, analytical ability, and professional presentation skills. Students from various institutions participated, making the event highly competitive and intellectually enriching.

Akanksha Kumari, representing the Institute of Technology and Science, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, presented her SIP project titled:

“Role of Initial Screening and Telephonic Interview in Recruitment Efficiency at Tech Mahindra.”

She undertook her Summer Internship at Tech Mahindra in the Human Resource (Talent Acquisition) division. Her project focused on evaluating how early-stage recruitment processes contribute to reducing the recruitment cycle time, improving candidate quality, and enhancing overall hiring efficiency.

Akanksha Kumari’s outstanding performance earned her:

Her achievement highlights her academic dedication, professionalism, and ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world organizational scenarios.

The student was guided by Prof. Astha Shukla, whose continuous mentoring significantly contributed to the quality and depth of the project. The mentor provided guidance in research structuring, data analysis, report preparation, and presentation refinement.
