Dr. V.N. Bajpai, Dr. Satish Kumar, Dr. Sanjeev Tandon, and Dr. Surendra Tiwari were the owners of 4 different teams of the Franchise. The players were auctioned and bought by the Franchise owners held recently in the Auction. Total 6 League Matches, 1 Semi-Final, and Final Matches were played.

Day -1: 19th February 2020

The tournament started with an opening ceremony graced by Dr.Vidya Shekhri (Director Management), Dr. V.N. Bajpai, Dr. Satish Kumar, Dr. D.K. Pandey, Dr. Surendra Tiwari, Dr. Sanjeev Tandon,  Faculty members and Sports Officer. Director Management inaugurated the event.  The event started at 3:45 p.m. in the presence of a huge gathering of teams, students and faculties.

 The inaugural match was played between ITS Geeks and SK Strikers.

Result of Match 1:-  ITS Geeks 38-1 after 6 overs

The event came to an end at 5:30 p.m. the students enjoyed a lot with great enthusiasm and participation. The first day of the tournament has been sensational with all the four teams i.e, Bajpai Warriors, ITS Geeks, SK Strikers and Tiwari Tigers giving their best performance on the field. Students gathered in numbers to experience this grand event. Faculty members, as well as the owners of the teams, were completely charged up and enjoyed each and every match.

Day 2:- 20th February 2020

Match started with a toss between ITS Geeks and Tiwari Tigers. Tiwari Tigers won the toss

and chose to bat first.

Day 3:-21st February 2020

Result of Match 5:- ITS Geeks Vs Bajpai Warriors (Bajpai Warriors won the toss and chose to bowl first)

                                  ITS Geeks 43-4 after 6 overs.

                                  Bajpai Warriors 22-8 after 6 overs.

Result of Finals Match:- SK Strikers Vs Bajpai Warriors(Bajpai Warriors won the toss and chose to bat first)

                                           Bajpai Warriors 25-7 after 7 overs.

                                           SK Strikers 25-7 after 7 overs.

The result of final match was decided by super over in which Bajpai Warriors won the finals.

Man Of The Match:- Sunil Kumar ( Bajpai Warriors)

The Award Ceremony was graced by the presence of Sh. Arpit Chadha, Vice Chairman-I.T.S-The Education Group, Dr.Vidya Shekhri  (Director Management), Director IT Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey, Secretary of ITS Mr.Bhushan, Vice Principal Nancy Ma’am, Chairperson  Dr. V.N. Bajpai, Coordinator  Dr. D.K. Pandey and Dr. Sanjeev Tandon and Faculty members. The winners and Runner up teams were awarded medals and trophies. The trophies were also given to a man of the match, Bowler of the tournament (Mayank Kumar) and Batsman of the tournament (Mayank Kumar).

The event was a grand success. All the faculty members and students appreciated the initiative taken by the team "STATESMAN".  The event came to an end at 6:00 p.m. The students enjoyed a lot with great enthusiasm and participation.
