Management Department of I.T.S Ghaziabad, has initiated with the activity ” SAMANVAY”. Under this activity, the students will be guided by the alumni for variety of jobs in different industries. Students will be guided with practical tips for exploring the opportunities. For this a meeting was organized with already identified Alumni’s of MBA on 21st July, 2018. Dr. Ajay Kumar discussed the issues which students faced during interviews and the objective of the activity and expected outcome.He also discussed the plan and schedule of the sessions. Prof. Nitin Saxena shared the problems faced by the students for technical opportunities and advised students to get guidance from industry mentors for final interviews. Mr. Prawan discussed the causes of failure in final interview. Mr. Arun Pathak suggest that capsule module should be organized in line with the opportunities available in the industry. Mr. Varun Singhal Suggest that there are lots of opportunities for becoming an entrepreneur in the market. Mr. Pushank suggested that regular workshops/sessions to be conducted for the students. Mr. Shamshad discussed that attitude of students should be moulded from day to accept the challenges in first job.
