organized by Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad and sponsored by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University,Lucknow. The FDP was designed to introduce the fields of machine learning and deep learning covering the basic and advanced concepts along with hands-on sessions.On day-1 Dr. Anurag Singh from NIT, Delhi talked about the introduction to Research. He advised all the participants to have a goal in life and also contribute towards the research which will be beneficial for the society.On day-2, Dr. Divakar Yadav, IGNOU, Delhi discussed about the mathematics behind the classification algorithms for machine learning. He also talked about the advantages and disadvantages of various classification algorithms.On day-3, Dr. S N Rajan, IMSEC talked about the various classification techniques in which he discussed about the lazy learners and eager learners’ algorithmsOn day-4, Dr. Mrinal Pandey, MRU, Faridabad discussed about the working of CNN model and its algorithm which was followed by the hands-on sessions in the computer lab.On day-5, Dr. Rabins Porwal, CSJMU, Kanpur discussed about Simple Linear Regression and the working of this model. He also discussed the various multiple linear regression algorithms with real life examples.Overall the whole 5-days FDP was a great learning towards the implementation of machine learning and deep learning in the real life scenarios.
