Institute of Technology & Science (ITS), Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, organized a special session titled “Shaping Your Future in the Next Four Years” on 27 August 2026 at the Dronacharya Auditorium for the newly admitted MCA (2026–28) batch.

The session was conducted by Cdr. V. K. Jaitly, National Co-ordinator at Youth4Nation, who guided students on making the most of their academic journey and preparing for a successful professional career. The interactive session emphasized the importance of clear goal setting, discipline, time management, effective communication, leadership, continuous learning, and industry-relevant skills.

Cdr. Jaitly encouraged students to identify their strengths, take responsibility for their career development, maintain a positive and professional attitude, and remain adaptable in a rapidly changing professional environment. He also highlighted the importance of staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and continuously upgrading technical and managerial competencies.
