On February 2, 2026, the first session of the Sports and Yoga for the MCA (2025–27) batch was conducted, where all students participated with enthusiasm.

The session aimed to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and a balanced lifestyle among students as well as faculty members. The session was conducted by Mrs. Usha Sadh, a member of Sahaj Yoga, who introduced the MCA students to the concept of Sahaj Yoga. She elaborated on the importance and benefits of meditation in daily life, emphasizing stress management, improved concentration, emotional balance, and overall well-being. Mrs. Sadh also explained the concept of Kundalini Jagran (awakening of inner energy) and guided students through practical techniques to experience inner peace and self-awareness. The session included simple meditation postures, breathing exercises, and meditation practices, which helped students feel relaxed and rejuvenated. The interactive nature of the session encouraged active participation and curiosity among the students. Overall, the program was highly informative and refreshing. It marked a positive beginning for wellness initiatives under Zenith and reinforced the institution’s commitment to nurturing the holistic development of students—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
