The session began with the welcome of the guests by Director, Dr. V N Bajpai, Chairperson MBA, Dr. Uma Gulati and Prof. Shilpi Rana, faculty (Soft Skills & Communication).

The workshop aimed to bridge the gap between academic achievements and employability by providing insights into how students can effectively present their qualifications, experience, and personality to potential employers.

Mr. Anupam Anand began by emphasizing the importance of a well-structured resume and how it serves as the first impression for recruiters.

Mr. Indresh Mishra focused on preparing students for interviews, with insights into the types of interviews (behavioral, technical, case-based) commonly faced by MBA students during placement processes.

At the end of the workshop, the top 3 performers were given appreciation certificates and also given internship opportunities by the organisation.

The workshop was well-received, and many students expressed their appreciation for the practical tips and personalized feedback provided throughout the day.
