The volunteers for the day were Akash, Aryan, Tushar, Ishvi, Palak, Vidhu, Tisha, Apeksha, and Harshita.

Akash started the day with a storytelling session. The idea was that the story should have some moral lessons for the children in terms of their individual duties and overall conduct. The learners listened with rapt attention and enthusiastically participated in the discussion that followed.

The second part of the day’s activities comprised of a game where the kids had to carry a lemon balanced on a spoon while joining in a race against one another. As is usual at Parivartan, these kinds of games are more about learning and developing oneself, rather than simply being about enjoyment. Akash, Aryan, and Tushar coordinated the activity, with the 2 winners being presented with "Puzzle games" that facilitated their mental development.

The day’s events drew to a close with the distribution of Cremica biscuits and Melody toffees, before the children proceeded homeward. Prof. Lokesh Upreti planned and presided over the day’s session, while also guiding the volunteers in the performance of the various tasks. Prof. Ashutosh Sharma motivated the volunteers in the various tasks.
