The resource person Prof. T V Vijay Kumar has started the session by explaining a detailed insight about History and evolution of Software Engineering as a domain.Prof. Kumar discussed about the Software Development Processes and explained various process models with practical demonstration and examples. He also discussed about various concepts including - Process and Product, Verification and Validation, Software Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, Iterative, Incremental and Spiral models.
