Dr. Lalit Kumar Sharma conducted a Management Development Program on 20thJanuary 2019 at I.T.SMohan Nagar Ghaziabad.Total 13 Participants from 7 companies(Avanse Financial Services, Ericsson, Finiicle Finance Services, Sofcon India Pvt. Ltd., PIT Vision, Mobilart Mobility Solutions, Kidzlet Play Structures) participated in the program.Dr. Ajay Kumar (Director Management), Dr. VN Bajpai and Dr.Charu Choudhary also shared the key aspects of selling with participants.

The objective of the program was to enhance the selling skills and understanding the flaws in selling. Program has covered the self assessment of relationship building of all participants which was eye opener to all participants. Importance of opening in sales call was understood. Participants learnt how to make a proper opening in their sales call. Need of rapport development and trust building was highlighted during opening.

Negotiation and objection handling part was covered with some outdoor activities and discussion. Negotiation skill assessment was done for every participant with the help of an instrument so that everyone was able to assess themselves for negotiation and objection handling. All have understood how to close the sales in effective manner by developing trust and high involvement. Program ended with certificate distribution to all participants in the end through Dr. Ajay Kumar.

It was a great learning experience to all participants.
