The programme aimed at strengthening financial awareness and confidence among women through sessions on personal financial planning, money management, basics of securities markets and mutual funds, risk management, awareness about financial frauds, and building long-term financial security.

The inaugural session included an address by Dr. Vinay K. Srivastava, Programme Coordinator – FINPOWER, who outlined the objectives and focus areas of the programme. Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey, Director, I.T.S Ghaziabad, welcomed the participants and shared valuable insights on the importance of mutual funds and long-term financial planning.

The sessions were conducted by Mr. Chandresh Gupta, SEBI–Smart Trainer and Resource Person from PLAAB Foundation, who explained financial concepts through practical examples and interactive discussions. The programme was well received by participants and successfully enhanced their understanding of informed financial decision-making and financial independence.
