The event was organized with the aim of promoting the importance of yoga in daily life and enhancing the physical and mental well-being of the I.T.S community. The celebration saw the presence of distinguished guests and yoga trainers who shared their expertise and guided participants through various yoga practices.

The session commenced with a warm welcome by Mr. Rajeev Arora, Art of Living Happiness and Wellness teacher and RPL 5 certified Yoga trainer. Along with him was Mr. Ashoo Katyal, another esteemed Art of Living VTP and RPL level 5 certified yoga trainer. Their combined experience and dedication to the practice of yoga set a positive and energetic tone for the session.

Mr. Rajeev Arora began by introducing the philosophy and benefits of yoga, emphasizing its role in achieving a balanced and harmonious life. He explained how regular practice of yoga can lead to significant improvements in physical health, mental clarity, and emotional stability. His articulate explanation provided a comprehensive understanding of yoga, making it accessible even to those who were new to the practice.

Following this, Mr. Ashoo Katyal took over to lead the practical session. He demonstrated various yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques), carefully explaining the benefits of each practice. Participants were guided through a series of stretches, balancing poses, and relaxation techniques. The interactive session was designed to cater to both beginners and those with prior yoga experience. The trainers ensured that everyone could follow along comfortably, offering modifications and personal guidance where necessary.

The event was graced by the presence of Dr. V N Bajpai, Director  and Dr. Sunil Pandey, Director IT and UG Campus. In his closing remarks, Dr. VN Bajpai expressed his gratitude towards the trainers and the participants. He acknowledged the significant role that yoga can play in enhancing the quality of life and encouraged everyone to make it a regular part of their lives. Dr. Sunil Pandel also shared his insights on the transformative power of yoga and its relevance in today’s fast-paced world. He emphasized the need for such initiatives to foster a healthy and balanced lifestyle among students and faculty.
