The Department of Information Technology, Institute of Technology & Science (ITS), Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, organized an academic visit to the IDEA Lab and ATAL Innovation Lab at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi, on 7th and 8th October 2026 for MCA students of the 2025–27 and 2026–28 batches.

The visit aimed to familiarize students with the role of university incubation centres in promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup development. It provided valuable insights into transforming innovative ideas into practical solutions and potential business ventures through mentorship, collaboration, business planning, and technology-driven problem-solving.

The experience encouraged students to connect their technical knowledge with real-world challenges, explore entrepreneurial opportunities, and understand the importance of feasibility assessment and a supportive innovation ecosystem in nurturing startup initiatives.

The visit also highlighted opportunities to enhance future learning through interactions with startup founders, prototype demonstrations, discussions on funding and intellectual property, and student idea-pitching activities.
