As part of the ongoing FUSION 2026 Orientation Programme for the newly admitted 23rd Batch of MBA and 30th Batch of MCA, I.T.S, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, hosted a full day of academic and industry-focused activities on 20th August 2026.
The day began with a guest session by Shri Rajesh Munjal, Founder & CEO of mHealth, who interacted with students on the highly relevant theme, “Innovation, Technology, Entrepreneurship & Wellbeing – From Degree to Direction.”
The conversation was interactive and thought-provoking. Shri Munjal encouraged students to look beyond simply earning a degree and to think about the direction they want to take in their careers and lives. He spoke about how innovation, emerging technologies and an entrepreneurial mindset are creating new opportunities and changing the way we work and learn.
At the same time, he emphasized that professional success is only truly meaningful when it is balanced with personal wellbeing, adaptability and a clear sense of purpose. His message encouraged students to think about long-term growth rather than focusing only on immediate career goals.
The students participated enthusiastically throughout the session, making it a lively and meaningful learning experience. The practical perspectives and open interaction encouraged them to think differently, embrace change and prepare themselves to become innovators, problem-solvers and responsible future leaders.
The afternoon continued with programme-specific activities like “The Business Lens – Guessing through Pictures” and a case-based discussion through a movie, marketing case study and news analysis, Fundamentals of Programming and Fundamentals of Mathematics.
An additional AI session for MBA and MCA students was delivered by Dr. Prateek Gupta. During this interactive and hands-on workshop, students were introduced to various AI tools that can support academic learning, research activities, presentations, assignments and preparation for job interviews. The session provided practical exposure to the effective use of AI technologies, enabling students to understand how these tools can enhance productivity, creativity and professional readiness in an increasingly technology-driven environment.

Overall, the session was a memorable part of FUSION–2026 and reflected I.T.S’s continued commitment to giving students opportunities to interact with experienced industry leaders. Such interactions help students connect classroom learning with real-world perspectives and better prepare for the opportunities and challenges ahead.
