Department of I.T. organized Felicitation Ceremony of Meritorious Students of MCA (2016-18), Winners of 70th Independence & 75th Quit India Movement, Winners of Swachhata Pakhwara and Participants of Software Testing Workshop on 11th October, 2017. While addressing the students, Vice Chairman, ITS-The Education Group, Sh. Arpit Chadha expressed his happiness on the performance of students and also expressed his desire to see MCA students in University Merit List. Director-IT, Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey congratulated parents and also greeted the recipients of awards & certificates and said that key to success is right kind of learning with right attitude. He also said that figuring in a list of the toppers is difficult but it is more challenging to remain there and it requires consistent effort to maintain the level of performance. He also thanked parents of the students who were the part of the ceremony. Director Management, Dr. Ajay Kumar while addressing the students, congratulated them and said that they should work hard to get successful in Life. He also recited some motivational poems.

In her address, Chairperson-MCA, Prof. Puja Dhar said that this is one of the pride moments not only for the parents but also for the faculties that their students show the significant improvement in their results. She also wished them luck for the future. Ms. Muskan Abbasi has secured First Position, Ms. Gunjan Sharma has secured Second Position and Ms. Richi Gupta has secured Third Position. They have received Scholarship Cheques worth Rs. 15,000/- , Rs. 10,000/- and Rs. 5000/- respectively. On this occasion Top-10 students of MCA-III & MCA-IV Semester and Top-10 students who have shown the improvement in their MCA-IV Semester over III Semester were also felicitated. In this ceremony students of MCA/MBA/BBA and BCA who had participated in various activities in 70th Year of Independence & 75th Year of Quit India Movement which was celebrated with great enthusiasm and respect during 9th -30thAugust 2017 were also felicitated with Certificates and trophies. Winners of Swacchta Pakhwada and Participants of Software Testing workshop were also felicitated with Certificates.
Vice Chairman – I.T.S the Education Group, Sh. Aprit Chadha, Director-IT, Dr. Sunil Kr. Pandey and Director-Management, Dr. Ajay Kumar, Chairperson-MCA, Prof. Puja Dhar and Coordinator-MCA, Prof. Smita Kansal gave away the Scholarship Cheques, Certificate of Merit, Certificate of Performance, and Improvement to the meritorious students and other awardees.
