Management Department of I.T.S Ghaziabad organized a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on ‘Best Practices in HR’ on September 26, 2017. Nineteen management faculty members were part of this session. Resource person for the FDP was Dr. Binod Kumar, a renowned academician and retired Professor of Behavioral Sciences and Area Coordinator at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Session started with an invigorating address by Dr. Binod Kumar. He shared his thoughts and experiences in a very simple and effective manner. He discussed several best practices based on his research work. He shared his thoughts about the development of faculty and said that there is a need to align their personal and professional excellence.
