During his visit, Dr. Rolland delivered an insightful lecture on the topic “Sensing, AI, and its Economic Aspects”, providing an enriching and knowledge-intensive session for students and faculty members alike.In his address, Dr. Rolland elaborated on the concept of Smart Cities and the Role of Technology in addressing critical urban challenges such as Transportation, Parking, and related issues. He highlighted how Sensors, Telecommunication Systems, and Cloud Technology play a significant role in modernizing city infrastructure and improving urban living conditions. The session provided valuable perspectives on leveraging AI and advanced sensing technologies for economic and societal advancements.The session was attended by selected students from the BCA and MCA programs, along with esteemed faculty members. The interactive discussion facilitated a deeper understanding of cutting-edge technological applications in smart urban planning and their economic implications. The event was a resounding success, leaving participants inspired and well-informed about emerging trends in AI and sensing technologies.
