The MBA Department of the Institute of Technology & Science, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, organised an HR Panel Discussion titled “Future of HR: Transforming People through AI and Emerging Technolosgies” on 8 October 2026. The panel brought together five professionals representing advisory services, life insurance, the energy sector, consulting and enterprise technology. The discussion was intended to connect academic learning with current industry practices and developments in technology-enabled HR. The panel theme focused on the implications of AI and emerging technologies for the future of HR. The participating professionals brought perspectives from people advisory, leadership hiring, HR technology, senior HR leadership and global HCM strategy.
