The Department of Information Technology, I.T.S, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, through its Programming Club, successfully organized the Code Craft Challenge–2026, a 24-hour inter-college coding challenge, on 29–30 September 2026.
The event brought together approximately 90 students from six institutions and universities, providing them with an opportunity to apply their programming knowledge, creativity, logical thinking and problem-solving skills in a practical and competitive environment. Participants worked through intensive stages of problem analysis, solution design, and coding & implementation, demonstrating remarkable teamwork, perseverance and technical competence.
The competition was evaluated by industry experts Mr. Manoj Kumar, Associate Director of Software Development, Worldpay India Pvt. Ltd., and Mr. Ankur Jain, Founder, TechSupper.
The closing ceremony was graced by Mr. Arun Kumar, Co-Founder & CTIO, Loqal AI, Delhi, who encouraged students to combine technical knowledge with teamwork, communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey, Director, I.T.S Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad congratulated all participants and winners and appreciated the efforts of the organizing committee and student coordinators. He emphasized the role of such experiential events in developing qualities such as team spirit, leadership, technical expertise, communication and event-management skills among students. Dr. Pooja Dhar, Chairperson, MCA Programme, also appreciated the initiative and emphasized the importance of experiential learning and industry-oriented skills.
The winners were felicitated with cash prizes, trophies and certificates. Amit Kumar and Neetu Kushwaha, B.Tech, NITRA, Sanjay Nagar, Ghaziabad secured the First Prize, Darshit and Anupam, BCA, I.T.S, Mohan Nagar won the Second Prize, while Kartik Bhardwaj and Prince Rawat, MCA, I.T.S, Mohan Nagar secured the Third Prize.
The successful event was coordinated by Prof. Smita Kansal, Prof. Varun Arora, Prof. Abhay Kumar Ray and Prof. Kuldeep Pal, with support from faculty, staff and student coordinators.




















The Code Craft Challenge–2026 successfully reinforced I.T.S's commitment to providing students with opportunities to learn, collaborate, innovate and transform ideas into practical solutions.
