The event was graced by distinguished guests, including Prof. T. V. Vijaykumar, Professor and Chairperson at the Center for e-Learning, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi; Shri Sushil K. Mehar, Chief Information Officer at AIIMS, New Delhi; and Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey, Professor and Director of I.T.S, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad. Their presence added great value and inspiration to the occasion.

The ceremony aimed to recognize students who secured top positions in their end-semester examinations, as declared by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. Awards were presented to the Top 10 students of the MCA 1st, 2nd, and 3rd semesters (Batch 2024–2026), as well as the Top 10 students of the MCA 1st semester (Batch 2025–2027).

Special recognition was also given to students who demonstrated consistent academic excellence across multiple semesters and those who showed remarkable performance in the Placement Preparedness Program.

One of the highlights of the event was the felicitation of the Top 3 students based on their combined performance in the first and second semesters. These students were awarded cash prizes of ₹15,000, ₹10,000, and ₹5,000 for securing the first, second, and third positions, respectively.

The guests delivered motivating speeches, encouraging students to strive for excellence and remain committed to their goals. They also presented certificates, trophies, and prizes to the achievers.

The ceremony witnessed enthusiastic participation from MCA students, along with the proud presence of over 50 parents. Their support and encouragement made the event even more meaningful and memorable.
