Prof. Puja Dhar and Prof. Saurabh Saxena, faculty members of Department of IT attended Industry – Institution interaction Bridge Conference 2023 Event on 16th October, 2023. The ICT Academy organized this Industry – Institution interaction Bridge Conference 2023 Event organized by ICT Academy at hotel Hayat New Delhi on the theme 'Building Human Capital, Accelerating Growth, and Enabling Access'.

The conference started with registration process at 0830 am after that the Inaugural sessionwasfollowed by deliberation of following resource persons: Sh. Hari Balachandran, Chief Executive Officer, ICT Academy,Sh.Lakshmi Narayanan, Director, ICT Academy & Emeritus Vice Chairman, Cognizant, Sh.Rajesh Nambiar, Chairman& MD, Cognizant and Chairman, NASSCOM, Prof T G Sitharam, Chairman, All India Council for Technical Education. Chief Guest Thiru Dr Palanivel Thiaga Rajan, Hon'ble Minister for Information Technology & Digital Services, Government of Tamil Nadu launchedthe Educator Empowerment Program (All India Council for Technical Education and Salesforce).

After the Tea break, the session was started on the theme “Technology Trends/New Age Tech/Deep Tech” with plenary presentation Dr Anbu Rathinavel, Chief Design Officer Intellect Design Arena & Head and Co-founderSchool of Design Thinking which was followed by a plenary talk of following resource persons: Sh. Ankit Kakkar, Director - Technical Services Engineering, MongoDB,Dr G Sainarayanan, Technology Director, HCL Technologies,Sh. Neeraj Narang, Global HCM Product Strategy Director and APAC Lead, Oracle.

After the Lunch break, the next session was started on the theme “Aligning institutions for New Age Skills” This session was started by the presentation of the following resource person including Sh.Shivakumar Gowdaiah, Country Head & Director, Trailhead Academy, Salesforce, Sh.Goutam Bhattacharya, Chief Executive Officer, LSSSDC, Sh. Brajesh Kumar, Chief Executive Officer, IASC Sector Skill Council, Sh. Mohit Soni, Chief Executive Officer, Media& Entertainment Skills Council Future of Work , Ms. Shalu Manan, Global Talent Supply Chain &TalentMatch Leader, Genpact and Sh. K V Veerapandian, Technical Sales Lead – Design & Manufacturing, India & SAARC, Autodesk.

Valedictory and Award Ceremony was proposed by guest of honor Mr.Gaurav Hazra, Vice President & Head Government Affairs India & APAC, Cognizant and vote of thanks to all of the delegates, participants, management of IICT Academy and organizing committee members of Conference for making this event a great success.
