This program focused on the transition from being a "functional academic" to a "visionary leader" capable of steering institutional growth in the context of global competition and the NEP 2020 framework. The five days rigorous training program focused on enhancing key competencies of leadership such as emotional intelligence, communication, collaboration, conflict management, and self-awareness. The sessions offered deep insights into leadership through various engaging activities and psychometric analysis. The sessions were highly interactive and brought forth the essence of new age academic leadership revolving around adaptive resilience and ethics. The participants included 25 selected faculty members from across the nation who brought together diverse viewpoints and insights into the interactions during the training program.
