As part of FUSION – 2026, the Orientation Programme for the 23rd Batch of MBA and 30th Batch of MCA at I.T.S, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, an engaging Alumni Panel Interaction was organised to connect newly admitted students with accomplished members of the I.T.S alumni community on 22nd August 2026.
The session began with a warm welcome from Dr. Sunil Kr Pandey, Director – I.T.S, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, who expressed his happiness at the continued support and involvement of the alumni in the growth and development of the institution.
It was a pleasure to welcome distinguished alumni representing diverse professional backgrounds and leading organisations:

The alumni openly shared their professional journeys, workplace experiences and lessons learned along the way. Their conversations gave students a practical understanding of industry expectations, career opportunities and the skills that can make a difference in the workplace.
A key message that emerged from the interaction was the importance of making the most of the academic journey. The alumni encouraged students to develop a well-rounded combination of domain knowledge, technological competence, communication skills, adaptability and a professional attitude.
What made the session particularly meaningful was the enthusiastic participation of the students. They raised a wide range of questions about career choices, placements, emerging job roles, industry expectations, skill development, the transition from campus to corporate life and future growth opportunities. The alumni responded with insights drawn from their own experiences, making the conversation practical and relatable.
The interaction also highlighted the strength of the I.T.S Alumni Network. The alumni returned to their alma mater not simply as successful professionals, but as mentors and guides who could share their experiences with the next generation of students.
The session was effectively coordinated by MCA Alumni Coordinators Prof. Saurabh Saxena and Prof. Smita Kansal and MBA Alumni Coordinators Dr. Parul Gupta and Ms. Gurpreet Kaur. The Chairpersons of the MBA and MCA Programmes, faculty members and newly admitted students were also present on the occasion.
Overall, the Alumni Panel was an engaging and inspiring experience. It gave the new students an opportunity to see how different career journeys can unfold after graduation and, more importantly, reminded them that their time at I.T.S can be the beginning of a much larger professional journey.
