The session was centered on the theme “Evolution of the MBA Mindset: Thriving in the New Economy,” aimed at helping students understand the shifting corporate landscape and aligning themselves with emerging expectations of the workforce.

The program began with a formal welcome of the alumni guests, followed by an inspiring address by Dr. Uma Gulati, Chairperson – MBA Program. In her address, she emphasized the significance of adaptability, proactive learning, and readiness for technological and organizational disruptions. She also encouraged students to build competencies that enhance employability and leadership potential.

The event progressed into a dynamic panel discussion moderated by Dr. Parul Gupta, where each alumnus shared insights from their journey at I.T.S Ghaziabad and their subsequent corporate experiences. The discussion highlighted noticeable changes in employer expectations, the skill gaps to be addressed, and the evolving nature of job roles in modern organizations. The panelists advised students on navigating career decisions, overcoming workplace challenges, and identifying opportunities that foster long-term professional success.

The interaction segment was enriching, with students actively posing questions related to placements, skill development, career planning, and industry preparedness. The enthusiasm reflected their determination to excel and seek clarity on career pathways.
