The Department of Management, Institute of Technology & Science, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, under the aegis of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), successfully organized an Entrepreneurship Outreach Programme (Awareness Camp) on 29th January 2026




at Rajkiya Balika Inter College, Noida. The programme was conducted for the students of Class IX and Class XI, with enthusiastic participation of more than 100 students. The session was coordinated and conducted by Dr. Mansi Singh, Prof. Shilpi Rana, and Dr. Ashish Kumar Jha.
The outreach programme was designed to sensitize school students towards entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity, and start-up awareness at an early stage. The initiative aimed to motivate young minds to think creatively, identify opportunities, and understand the importance of entrepreneurship in personal growth as well as nation building.
The programme included interactive sessions where students were introduced to the basic concepts of entrepreneurship, the role of innovation and creativity, and the importance of problem-solving and opportunity recognition. Real-life examples and success stories of entrepreneurs were shared to inspire students and help them relate theoretical concepts to practical situations.
The session was highly engaging, with students actively participating by asking questions and sharing their ideas and aspirations. The speakers encouraged students to develop confidence, leadership qualities, and a positive attitude towards self-employment and start-up culture.
The Entrepreneurship Outreach Programme (Awareness Camp) proved to be informative and motivational, leaving a positive impact on the students. The event successfully fulfilled its objective of creating awareness and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among school students. The Institution’s Innovation Council looks forward to conducting more such outreach activities to promote innovation and entrepreneurship at the grassroots level.
