Report on visit to MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly

 I, Prof. Sunil Kr Pandey, was invited as Key Note Speaker to deliver an Expert Talk in “IEEE Sponsored International Symposium on “Internet of Things: Smart Innovation and Usages (IoT-SIU 2016)” organized by Faculty of Engineering & Technology, MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly during 22nd – 23rd April, 2016. 
Some of the other speakers in this Symposium included Ms. Vijay Laxmi, Sr. IT Architect, Biogen, USA, Dr. Ashutosh Kumar - NIT Kurukshetra, Dr. Mayank Agrawal - GKV Haridwar, Dr. S.C. Sharma – IIT Roorkee, Prof. Manish Prateek – UPES Dehradoon

The Symposium was inaugurated by the Prof. Mushahid Husain, Honorable Vice Chancellor of MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. On this occasion Dr. R. Singh, Professor & Head, Dept of CS&E, Dr. Vinay Rishiwal and other faculty members of the Dept of CS&E, Electronics & Communication, large number of delegates, Researchers and faculty members of other institutes were also present.
In this symposium, my talk was scheduled on Day-2 from 11.00 AM to 01.00PM. In my talk, I focused on following dimensions of IoT:
1. Historical Evolution of Technology that led the foundation of realization of the concept of IoT
2. Different domains of Technology evolution – Database Technologies, Storage Technologies, Network Technologies, Applications
3. Discussion on vision of IoT, Growth, Conceptual Framework & Applications
4. Research Dimensions & Opportunities in this Area
5. Challenges & Issues in IoT 
6. Case Study
The Session was followed by Q & A Session of about 30 minutes and it was a nice experience to interact with the participants & delegates and address their queries. It was a wonderful learning & networking experience where I meet some of the old friends and domain experts.

Technovation-2016

 CSI Student Branch at I.T.S Ghaziabad organized a mega inter-institutional technical event “Technovation-2016”, technically co-sponsored by CDD Global Solutions Ltd., on 21st April, 2016. 

The event received registration from around 35 institutes in various activities and witnessed huge participation from institutes of NCR and far off places like Meerut, Moradabad etc with about 200 participants. The event comprised of total 8 activities. Technovation-2016 was full of fun, great display of talent, commitment and above all a healthy spirit of participation in all 8 activities. 

Technovation-2016 was inaugurated by lamp lightening by Honorable Vice Chairman, I.T.S The Education Group, Shri. Arpit Chadha, Chief Guest, Sh. Abhinav Sinha, COO, EKO Financial Services, Dr. Sunil Kr. Pandey, Director-IT, Dr. Rabins Porwal, Counselor of CSI Student Branch @ I.T.S & Coordinator of Technovation-2016, other  Coordinators of Technovation-2016, Prof. Saurabh Saxena & Prof. Chandra Mani Sharma.

While addressing the gathering Vice Chairman, I.T.S- The Education Group, Sh. Arpit Chadha appreciated the efforts of Department of IT and expressed his happiness for the huge participation in event. He wished best luck to all the participants and welcomed them at I.T.S.  Director-IT, Dr. Sunil Pandey welcomed the gathering. In his address, Dr. Pandey appreciated students coming from different colleges to participate in Technovation-2016. He further said that such events cannot be conducted overnight and it requires lots of planning and committed efforts and also congratulated the Team Technovation and said these events give platform to all the students to show their technical and literary skills. Dr. Rabins Porwal presented a brief about the event. 

Chief Guest of the event, a young, energetic and successful entrepreneur, Sh. Abhinav Sinha, COO, EKO Financial Services shared his entrepreneurial journey and experiences. He emphasized that one should chase one’s passion with commitment and hard work. His thought provoking address engrossed the audience.

There were total 8 activities in the Technovation-2016:

The participants from various colleges from NCR and outside NCR registered and participated in Technovation-2016. Some of the colleges include Theerthanker Mahaveer University Moradabad, IIMT Meerut, ABES,  RKGIT, KIET, Sunder Deep, Mewar, IMS, Dronacharya Group of Institutes, Amity University, BBDIT, IDEAL, Monad University, Galgotia, IIMT, Gr. Noida, etc.

At the end of the event, I, II and III winners for all the activities were awarded with Cash Prize, Medal & Certificate.  Activity wise winners are as listed below:

Awards were distributed to all the winners of this event by Director-IT, Dr. Sunil Kr. Pandey, Internal & external Judges from CDD Global Solutions Ltd., Coordinators of Technovation-2016,  Dr. Rabins Porwal, Prof. Saurabh Saxena & Prof. Chandra Mani Sharma and all faculty of Department of IT. 

The whole event was a showcase of a zestful healthy spirit of participation.

BUDGET TALKIES “ Apna Sapna Money Money” Competition organized by Finvest Club for MBA students.

On 20th April, 2016, Finvest Club organized competition BUDGET TALKIES “ Apna Sapna Money Money”   which was held for all the MBA students. Total 15 teams participated in the event.

The event was divided into two rounds. Round I was named as “Finance Hunt” in which each team was given written test based on MCQ. 5 teams qualified this round and went to round II named “Naaptool”. Teams went to final round were:

·      Priyanka and Pulkit
·      Amrita Saluja and Divya Handa
·      Tanvi Gupta and Rahul Kumar
·      Umang and Sheetal
·      Sapna and Soni

Each team was asked 5 questions based on UNION BUDGET 2016. On the basis of final round we got 3 final winner teams. These teams were:
·      First Prize- Amrita Saluja and Divya Handa.
·      Second Prize-  Tanvi Gupta and Rahul Kumar
·      Third Prize- Umang and Sheetal.
To motivate the audience few questions were asked and were awarded with a chocolate.  And in the end, Director Management Dr. Sapna Rakesh Ma’am motivated the MBA Ist year students with encouraging words and distributed the participating certificates and prizes to the winners.
The event was well coordinated and managed by Finvest Club Members: Akansha Tyagi, Shartak Sachdeva, Ritu Sharma, Prayag , Shubham Mendiratta

Overall it went all good and everyone participated with enthusiasm.

Conference attended by Dr. Abhinav P. Tripathi on Brand Management "CBM 2016" at IIT –Delhi.

Dr. Abhinav P. Tripathi has participated and presented a research paper on “Non-deceptive counterfeit brands: a descriptive approach to understand consumer perspective” co-authored by Prof. Durba Roy in a refereed, international conference on "Brand Management" organized on 16th and 17th April,2016 at  Indian Institute of Technology (IIT–Delhi), Delhi.

This conference was an initiative to bring the research, academia and industry on the same platform to discuss the various initiatives and consequences of brands and its management. More than 500 researcher and scholars from across the globe have joined at this international conference, which was being further supported by Adobe and emerald as digital and knowledge cum printing partners of this international conference research proceedings. This two days international conference widely addressed the issues of startup branding and valuation, Public sector branding, branding by not for profit organization, technology branding, b2b and ethical branding.

The conference was jointly inaugurated by department of management studies of IIT Delhi along with Curtin University, Australia. Dr. Harish  Chaudhary, Dr. Mahim Sagar, Dr. Kanika Bhal, Prof. sushil , Prof. Ravi Shankar, Prof. S.S Yadav, Dr. S.K. Jain, and Prof. Tony Travaglione , Prof. Lucey, Prof. Camerford, Prof. David Groth are the few names who were available there during the two days international conference.

‘Parivartan’ – The Slum Education Programme

 17th April, 2016 activity of ‘Parivartan’, the Slum Education Programme, a CSR initiative of ITS, Ghaziabad was a special class in which the children got new slates and chalks along with learning a new table along with the practice of the previous lessons. Snacks and cookies were also distributed as usual.

Volunteers of the day – Parul Garg, Sagnick Das, Manish Bhardwaj, Vikash Babu, Akansha Saxena and Satender Rana started the class with the regular check of the hygiene and personal grooming of the slum children. Those who came bathed, neat and clean were appreciated with the Cream Biscuits.
The class started with the prayer ‘Itni shakti humein dena daata’. Then the routine practice of counting from 1 to 100 took place in Hindi and English followed by English alphabet.
In the second session of the day, the loud recitation of the tables from 2 to 7 was done as revision. Later the table of 8 was done afresh. This Sunday the children got a pleasant surprise. Ms. Sonakshi Mittal, a PGDM students had donated 16 slates and chalk packets to Parivartan for the slum children. These slates and chalks were distributed among the slum children this Sunday. The joy of receiving this surprise gift was obvious on their faces.
The class ended with the distribution of biscuits and chocolates among all the children. Dr. Gopal Krishna Dwivedi accompanied and guided the volunteers as the faculty coordinator of the Parivartan Club.

Utthan Lab Activity

 16th April, 2016 activity of Utthan Lab, a CSR initiative of ITS, Ghaziabad was a perfect and the memorable activity that included a session on First Aid & Emergency, a session on Computer Skills and finally the Singing Competition in which 35 little singers sang the old and new melodious numbers.

Volunteers of the day – Ashi Sharma, Manoj Sharma, Sonali Padhi, Sanjay Kumar Barik, Arif Hussain, Sonakshi Mittal, Rajesh Borar, Akansha Saxena, Naman Bhatnagar and Satender Rana started the day with the song ‘We shall overcome someday’ followed by the brief on the day’s activities and the competition.

The first session of the day was on ‘First Aid & Emergency’ in which the First Aid tips were shared with the children and their doubts were cleared with the practical solutions. They were asked ‘What would you do if the fire suddenly breaks out? What would you do if someone gets hurt and starts bleeding? And what would you do if the main switch board of electricity catches fire?’ The children made their right – wrong and innocent responses suitable to their age which were further concluded with the right solutions with clear logics.

The Second session of the day was on Computer Skills. The children were taken to Computer Lab 1 and Lab 2 where the task for them was to find out the picture and profile of Mr. Sundar Pichai, the CEO of Google. Later they had to brief about the same in the seminar hall. Those who did it perfectly were felicitated with the attractive prizes.

The third and the last session of the day was a Singing Competition in which 35 little boys and girls sang old and new melodious Bollywood numbers. The best performers were awarded with the insulated thermos and jugs.

Tiffin boxes and the packets of cream biscuits were given to all the children. Dr. Gopal Krishna Dwivedi guided and accompanied the volunteers as the faculty coordinator of Utthan Lab.

I.T.S flagged off its MBA 14-16 students to overseas tour to Thailand.

I.T.S, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, flagged off its I.T.S MBA 14-16 batch students for a 5 days Merit cum excursion overseas tour to Thailand, on 16.04.15 from its campus at Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad. These students are proceeding for the Merit tour along with I.T.S faculty- Prf. Nitin Saxena and plan to carry out several industrial, academic and cultural activities in the most advanced Thailand. The tour is being managed by TUI.

During the tour students will be visiting a large Gems company based in Thailand along with a tour to most famous Icons of Thailand region.
Students will also visit major landmarks of Thailand in this 5 days overseas tour. During the tour students will also visit the famous Alcazar show, Coral island, City tour of Bangkok etc. of Thailand. They will also get a chance to see the most modern Thailand Airport.
The students enthusiastically bid good bye before proceeding to the tour and plans to bring back a huge stock of international knowledge and learning along with them. I.T.S wishes them a very fruitful and enjoyable journey.

Grand Finale of I.T.S Young Talent Hunt – 2016

The Grand Finale of I.T.S Young Talent Hunt - 2016 was organized on Friday,15th April, 2016 at I.T.S Mohan Nagar campus. The event went a Success in real sense witnessing participation of about 140 Participants who were selected from Round-1 of the event from about 2000 students of 34 Institutes/ Universities across Delhi/NCR including colleges/ Institute like Lady Sri Ram, Institute of Home Economics, Bhagwan Parshuram, Kamal Institute, Sirifort Institute, RDIAS and many others. The Cash Prize of Rs. 36000 with Certificates was awarded to winners.

Event starts with registration of participants followed by inaugural session addressed by Director Management- Dr. Sapna Rakesh, who motivates the participants and shared with them that each and every moment is a quiz for human being. Dr. Gopal Krishna Dwivedi anchored the session and energizes students with some famous quotes. Prof. Nitin Saxena provided overview of Young Talent Hunt-2016.

In finale participants from various colleges were supposed to go through three elimination rounds and finally ten winners qualifies for the final round where they compete for cash prizes.

Ten winners compete in final round which was hosted by Mr. Rahul Kamboj & Mr. Ashutosh Tripathi, students from MBA Ist year. All ten contestants were supposed to go through three rounds based on Business, Sports and Entertainment. 

Finally Gauri Purohit of Mother Teresa Institute of Management was awarded with Rs.15000/- cash prize , Sakshi Jain of DSPSR was awarded with RS.10000 cash prize, Asmita of Aditi Mahavidyalaya was awarded with Rs.5000/- cash prize and Afrin Nisha of R. C. INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, Ankit Jain of Ideal Institute Morning, Divyanshu Lodhi Of BPIT Pankaj Rawat Of MBICEM, Suyash Kumar Bharti of Sirifort College Of Computer Technology & Mgmt. (MOR.), Vishal Rathour of Trinity Institute of Higher Education Were awarded with cash prize of RS.1000 as consolation prize.

Visit of PGDM 2015-17 students to UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah)

All ITS PGDM 2015-17 batch students went to UAE for a weeklong tour to UAE and visited 3 countries – Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah for both industrial and educational exposure. They were accompanied by 4 male and female faculty members of ITS. This industrial cum educational trip included visit of the students to 2 major industrial units in UAE- 1) CONMIX Ltd., Jebel Ali (a German company in UAE) and 2) Mark Ships Maintenance LLC, Sharjah. Students visited their works in these 2 countries which are not very far from Dubai. Students also undertook a tour of their factories as well as interacted with the plant heads and supervisors. They discussed about their business model and key success factors which have helped these companies beat the competition. Students also discussed about the career possibilities in UAE and the procedure to join companies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.  

During other days students enjoyed the evening private dinner at the famous Dubai Dhow Cruise followed by a cultural show specially arranged for ITS students. ITS students also undertook some adventure activities which included – Desert Safari, Desert Biking, and Camel Safari etc. ITS students were mesmerized to experience the desert cultural show at the desert camp near Dubai. 

In order to know more about UAE, students underwent a guided tour of Dubai city, Abu Dhabi and nearby areas including Atlantis hotel, Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, Zumeira Beach, Al Mamzar Beach, King’s Palace, Safari World in Abu Dhabi and several other important landmarks of UAE. ITS students had memorable time doing shopping at Deira Shopping Centre, Meena Bazaar, Lulu Hypermarket, Dates wholesale market in Abu Dhabi and many other shopping places in UAE.

Overall students came back with once in lifetime memories and loads of pictures to share with friends and families. ITS students are now more confident of their corporate career and planning similar self overseas visits in future.

Prof. Kapil Mohan Garg, Prof. Abhinav P.Tripathi, Dr. Vijesh Jain and Ms. Anju Dhiman escorted and guided the large student group of 81 students during this week long tour. It was a great feeling of joy to see these students transformed visibly during this overseas tour.

Dr. Sunil Kr Pandey, was invited as Key Note Speaker

Dr. Sunil Kr Pandey, was invited as Key Note Speaker in the National Seminar on the theme “Digital India” organized by KIT Varanasi. In this event Dr. A.K. Nayak, National Secretary, Computer Society of India was invited as the Chief Guest. On this occasion Shri. Vipul Jain, Vice Chairman – KIT, Dr. K.K. Mishra, Director KIT Varanasi, Founder Chairman of CSI Varanasi Chapter – Dr. S.C. Yadav, Professors for BHU Varanasi and other eminent Institutes, faculty members of the Dept of CS&E, Under-graduate number of delegates, Researchers and faculty members of other institutes were also present. 

On the occasion the CSI Student Branch at KIT, Varanasi was also inaugurated. The seminar was followed by a Workshop on “Mobile Application Design Framework and Development using Android” was also organized in which about 125 students participated. The workshop was conducted by Prof. Rakesh Roshan and Prof. Abhay Ray. 

In this event, In my talk, I focused on following dimensions:

1. Concept, Framework and Objectives of Digital India Program

2. The issue of Digital Divide in the Society

3. How the Technologies can act as driving force to bridge the gap of Digital Divide

4. Evolutionary IT Technologies  

5. Research Dimensions & Opportunities in this Area

CONVOCATION - 2016

The CONVOCATION – 2016 for recently passed out Batches of MCA & MBA Courses of the Institute was organized on Sunday, 10th April 2016 at the institute in Chanakya Auditorium. Shri Vipin Tyagi, Executive Director & Chairman of Board, C-DOT and Shri Vijay Iyer, Chief Business Officer & Head – TalentCare, HCL Corporation were present as the Chief Guest and Guest of Honor. On this occasion, Dr. D.V. Singh, Chairman - Academic Council of I.T.S, Ghaziabad, Dr. R.P. Chadha, Chairman, I.T.S – The Education Group, Members of Academic Council of I.T.S Ghaziabad – Dr. M.P. Gupta, Dr. Ajay Pandit and Shri Manoj Tandon, Dr. Sunil Kr Pandey, Director (IT), Dr. Sapna Rakesh, Director (Management), Prof. Puja Dhar, Coordinator – MCA Program were also present. 

The Convocation procession entered at the CONVOCATION Venue at 11.00 AM. The CONVOCATION formally commenced with the permission of the Dr. R.P. Chadha, Chairman, I.T.S – The Education Group and lighting of lamp before Goddess Saraswati by Chief Guest, Guest of Honor, Chairman Academic Council & Saraswati Vandana.

The Director (IT), Dr. Sunil Kr Pandey presented the Institute’s Annual Report and welcomed the Guests present.  

In his address Dr. D.V. Singh, Chairman – Academic Council of I.T.S Ghaziabad greeted the Degree Recipients and said that the Convocation is an auspicious event and every passing out student has a dream to be a part of such event. It is a formal recognition of hard work, dedication of years of the students.

While addressing the gathering Chief Guest of the Convocation, Sh. Vipin Tyagi, Executive Director & Chairman Board, C-DOT  said that the awardees would carry in their breathes, the heritage, the ethos and the wisdom of one of the oldest civilization of the earth. He has also advised to the awardees to have a vision to shape their destinies and the destiny of their nation. 

Guest of Honor, Sh. Vijay A.Iyer, Chief Business Officers & Head –TalentCare, HCL Corp.  while addressing the  degree awardees congratulate them for their degrees and he said that Convocation is the way stationed on each awardee journey of life long learing and his path of whole hearted engagement. He has also addressed that each awardee should take an oath to be a responsible citizen of the country and contributing to its growth in future.

Prof. Puja Dhar, Coordinator-MCA Programme has coordinated the oath taking ceremony by the awardees of MCA & MBA Programe. She also announced the names of all the degree awardees of MCA and MBA. These passing out students were felicitated by all the dignitaries on the dias.

On the auspicious occasion Toppers of MCA and MBA were also feliciatated by the diginatries which included Ashwariya Acharya who secured first position in MCA, Anamika and Shweta Garg securing second and third positions at the institute level while as Ms. Anjali Negi secured first position in MBA and Bhawana Bhardwaj, Manendra Pratap Singh secured second and third position in MBA at the institute level. These all students were felicitated with Gold, Silver & Bronze medals and certificates. 

First three position holders at institute level of MCA-III Semester students, Sakshi Tyagi, Niharika and Preeti Singh and MCA-V Semester students, Archana Chauhan, Soni Sharma and Ankit Chaudhary who secured first, second & third position respectively and MBA –I Semester were also felicitated with certificate of appreciation. Students of MBA –II Semester were also appreciated and felicitated for their best internship projects.

While delivering the vote of thanks Dr. Sapna Rakesh, Director Management thanks to the eminent guests for their benign presence and accepting the invitation in spite of their busy schedule. She also congratulate all the awardees of MCA & MBA for their future endeavors and to come out with flying colors in whatever they undertake, thereby earning for themselves and for the institution a great name. 

After the vote of thanks National Anthem was chanted by the students of MBA and the Convocation ceremony was closed after taking the consent from Chairman, I.T.S-The Education Group, Dr. R.P.Chadha and then procession moved back from Auditorium.

At the end of Convocation Ceremony, photo shoot of all the awardees with all the dignitaries and faculties were taken. 

Convocation was followed by a delicious lunch. It was a wonderful experience for all the awardees and they were highly motivated and thankful to the institute for organizing such a memorable event.

Those who came bathed, neat and clean were appreciated with the Crax snacks.
The class started with the prayer ‘Itni shakti humein dena daata’. Then the routine practice of counting from 1 to 100 took place in Hindi and English followed by English alphabet.

 Department of I.T, I.T.S, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad organized “SAMAGRA-2016, an inter-institutional Techno-Cultural Fest on 08th April, 2016. The event received registration from 73 institutes in various activities and witnessed huge participation from institutes of NCR and far off places like Gaya, Lucknow, Moradabad, Meerut etc with about 477 participants. The event comprised of 14 activities under four categories including Technical, Cultural, Literary and Fine Arts The event was full of fun, great display of talent, commitment, high class performances in all the categories.

SAMAGRA-2016 was inaugurated by lamp lightening by Honorable Vice Chairman, I.T.S The Education Group, Shri. Arpit Chadha, Chief Guest, Dr. M.N Hoda Chairman Division-1 Compuer Society of India & Director BVICAM, New Delhi, Director-IT, Dr. Sunil Kr. Pandey & SAMAGRA Coordinators Prof. Saurabh Saxena, Prof. Puja Dhar & Prof. Varun Arora. While addressing the gathering Vice Chairman, I.T.S The Education Group appreciated the efforts of Department of IT and expressed his happiness for the huge participation in both Technical and Cultural events. He wished best luck to all the participants and welcome them at I.T.S Director-IT, Dr. Sunil Pandey welcomed the guest, while addressing the students said that such events cannot be conducted overnight and requires lots of planning, committed efforts. He also congratulated the Team SAMAGRA and said these events give platform to all the students to show their technical and non-technical skills. Prof. Saurabh Saxena coordinators-SAMAGRA also briefed about the event. 
Chief Guest of the event Dr. M.N. Hoda shared his thoughts that in present scenario four things are very important for event student ie. SMAC (Social, Mobility, Analytic & Communication) for achieving success in professional life. He expressed the concept of SMAC with very attractive examples in his way. His thought provoking address inspired everyone present.
After that the students of MCA IV Semester welcomed all the dignitaries and participants by their foot-strapping Cultural activities including a beautiful Ganesh Vandhana and fog dance of the state Gujrat, Maharastra & very special performance for giving tribute to Indian Army The inaugural session was appreciated and enjoyed by everyone present in the hall.
The events were categorized into four heads and comprised activities as under-mentioned:

Regarding event details under Technical category, there are 4 activities as C-Twister for C- Programming contest , Java Junkies for on spot java programming , Web Rachna for web designing, Brain Booster for It quiz .

Under Cultural category, there are 3 activities as Aalap for Solo Singing, Aja Nach Le for Solo Dance and Taal Se Taal Mila for duet dance

Under Fine Arts category, there are 5 events as Rangavali for Rangoli, Heena for Mehandi and Mukhota for Face Painting, T-Shirt Painting & Tattoo making.

Under Literature category there are 2 activities as SANSAD for debate competition & a very interesting activity for these days generations and that is Young Photographer of the day.

Many colleges from NCR and outside NCR participated in SAMAGRA-2016. Some of the colleges include Gaya College Gaya, Theerthanker Mahaveer University Moradabad, National PG College Lucknow, IIMT Meerut, ABES, RKGIT, Sunder Deep, Mewar,IMS, LPU, Dronacharya Group of Institutes, Amity University, Satyawati College, New Delhi, BBDIT, IDEAL, Delhi University, PIET Panipat, Monad University, Galgotia, IIMT, Gr. Noida, KIET, Institute of Management & Technology Tech., Faridabad, IP University, JNU etc.

At the end of the event, I, II and III winners for all the activities were awarded with cash prize, Medal & Certificate.

I.T.S flagged off PGDM (15 –17) Batch to Dubai (UAE).

 I.T.S, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, flagged off its entire I.T.S PGDM 15-17 batch students for a week long study cum excursion overseas tour to UAE, on 05.04.16 from its campus at Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad. Dr. Sapna Rakesh, Director - Management, I.T.S, Ghaziabad, flagged off the students group. She gave important tips to the students, to learn from the overseas tour and keep it safe for them.

These students are proceeding for the study cum excursion tour along with I.T.S faculty members and plan to carry out several industrial, academic and cultural activities in the most advanced Middle East Nations having among world’s best urban infrastructure. During the tour students will be visiting most famous Burj Khalifa along with a tour of a large industrial organization and a university in Sharjah. Students will also visit major landmarks of Dubai in this week long overseas tour. During the tour students will also visit the famous Desert Safari and Dhow Cruise in Dubai as also famous mosque in Abu Dhabi. They will also get a chance to see the aerial view of Dubai through world famous Burj Khalifa apart from the tour to Palm Jumeirah Island, world’s best artificial residential island including a visit to world famous hotel Atlantis and Mall of Dubai.

The students enthusiastically bid good bye before proceeding to UAE and plans to bring back a huge stock of international knowledge and exposure. I.T.S wishes them a very fruitful and enjoyable journey.

Lead Engineer from SOPRA, Mr. Ramneek Srivastava took the session.50 Students along with Prof. Varun Arora and Prof. Rakesh Roshan were present in the session.
